Hey there.
I’m Jessica.
sometimes reading is hard: Here is a Notebook LM podcast about my experience
I am a strategist, marketer, and empathetic doer. I believe in the power of human-centered design at every level of the organization, and I’m passionate about adopting AI not just as a tool, but as our ultimate collaborator, tutor, sparring partner, and idea generator.
I’m originally from the small mountain town of Tijeras, New Mexico, where the desert’s stark beauty and Native design traditions taught me the power of aesthetic and cultural diversity. Studying philosophy and sociology deepened my fascination with how we think, how we relate, and how we build meaning together. I often say I studied “thinking and thinking about people”—and that mindset has shaped everything I do.
My career began in hospitality and operations, where I learned to anticipate needs, deliver exceptional service, and lead with care. From brand and influencer strategy at Bolt Threads to enterprise transformation at Slalom, I’ve helped organizations become more intuitive, inclusive, and future-ready.
When I first used ChatGPT, I recognized its potential immediately. It mirrored us—our brilliance, our bias, our creativity—and reminded me that humans remain the curators, the drivers, the editors of what comes next.
Today, I help teams navigate AI adoption with curiosity and confidence. I design programs that map business value, build new capabilities, and ensure technology feels personal—not distant.
I built this site to share how I think, not just what I’ve done. If you leave with one impression, I hope it’s this: I’m a qualified, thoughtful leader for a future we get to shape together.
Outside of the offices, I am an outdoor-anything enthusiast and sipper of fancy drinks in tiny glasses. I am a Moth Storytelling winner and all around adrenaline junkie. My favorite adventure buddies are my wife, my daughter, and our two pups.
