AI transformation is a people project.

I help leaders turn AI ambition into clear decisions, useful products, and an operating model people can put into practice. I build the relationships, business rhythms, and market focus that keep the work moving.

Hey there. I’m Jessica.

An empathetic doer for the AI era.

I’m a strategist and relationship builder fascinated by how people think, relate, and build meaning together. From brand work at Bolt Threads to AI work at Slalom, I’ve spent my career helping people understand complex ideas and decide what to do next. Today, I lead Slalom’s OpenAI business unit, bringing partner strategy, market enablement, executive relationships, and solution storytelling into one focused growth engine.

I grew up in the mountains of New Mexico and live in Portland, Oregon. Outside the office, I’m an outdoor-anything enthusiast, a Moth Storytelling winner, and a sipper of fancy drinks in tiny glasses.

Selected work

Strategy that gets all the way to practice.

I connect business strategy to execution: clarifying ownership, creating operating visibility, enabling markets, and staying close enough to the work to make sure the strategy becomes useful.

Ideas in public

Essays about people, technology, and the futures we choose.

The creative practice

Voice, observation, and a life beyond the office.

Travel writing and visual work show another side of the same skill: paying attention, finding the story, and making it memorable.
